There really is no ‘best season’ to have a new roof installed – temperature and weather in Auckland make it possible to replace your roof all year round. But don’t wait until your roof is leaking, as this can lead to further damage.
It depends on where the building is located, but typically 18 years for colour fade and 30 years for perforation.
When we come out to access the roof, we can determine if it needs replacing. However, if it’s the original roof of the property, then it will generally need replacing as it will be at the end of its product lifespan.
Some roofs can involve timber work to the roof structure, however this is mostly unforeseen until the roofing is lifted. We have working relationships with builders that we can call on if timbers works are needed. (Some older villas may need this.)
We’ll remove your old roof and dispose of it responsibly.
Yes we can, however it’s important to make sure we’re roofing as per the Building Code.
Yes, however you’ll need to check with the roofing product manufacturer if there are any warranty issues in doing so.
